Cancellation Policy

Change is the only constant thing in the world. If you reschedule, we will be glad to help. However, rescheduling the reservation is subject to availability of rooms. In the event of cancellation of reservation, cancellation charges including taxes shall apply. These charges are as under:
1. Full refund in case the booking is cancelled 16 days before the check-in.
2. 50% of the total booking amount shall be charged as Retention if the booking is cancelled within 10 to 15 days from the date of check-in.
3. 100% booking amount shall be charged as retention if the booking is cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date.
